Shaylon Ware is a nationally and internationally anointed preacher of the gospel, public speaker, worship leader, author, humanitarian and philanthropist with more than 20 years serving in ministry. Ware, is first and foremost a lover of Jesus Christ and a Mother to an amazing son. She is a prophetic minstrel chosen to release the glory of God by the Holy Spirit with fire and demonstration of power! She is vibrant, bold, innovative having been coined as an “igniter”. Her ministry is marked with miracles of healings and deliverance. Ware is the award winning National Leading Lady in the area of leadership and music, also an award winner for Leadership .

The Apostolic mandate upon her life is to equip, lead and empower kingdom leaders, in doing so she founded and became the CEO & Founder of ICM International Inc. a nonprofit (501c3) that provides training & services to youth and young adults ages 18-30, in the areas of mentorship, ministry and missions. Her fervent ministry of healing and deliverance birthed in prayer, resulted in the launching of “UNTAMED: WOMAN, Building Women Who Build Women”, an expanded outreach women’s ministry for women 25 years of age and older. By grace she has served in Ghana West Africa, the Dominican Republic, Anquilla, West Antilles and travels extensively as a speaker, Leadership Consultant, Worship Leader conducting seminars, empowerment workshops, group sessions designed to Build Self Worth and Self Love, Healing from Trauma, Restore Liberty.

She is a Nationally certified Rehabilitation Counselor, with 15 years in Counseling, Disability Services and Government Program Administration. Her career began as a Sign Language interpreter for the Deaf and hard of hearing, with ultimately obtaining her Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. Originally from IL, Shaylon Ware now resides in Washington, DC in a specialist capacity for the Government of DC as well as a Ministry Leader in Sterling, Virginia.
